01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and peso99 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://peso99.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the peso99 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept all terms set forth in this Agreement, as well as any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

peso99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on peso99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, problem-gambling database, or exclusion list maintained by peso99 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party in using the Platform.

1.1 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your registration information if it changes. peso99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the peso99 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, are strictly prohibited. If peso99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to a single individual, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or bonuses.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify peso99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

peso99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions completed using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify us of unauthorized access prior to such transactions.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, peso99 requires completion of the KYC verification process. You must submit clear, valid copies of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of address not older than three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• For transactions above ₱50,000 per month: source of funds documentation may be required

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay. peso99 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱100 per month against the dormant account's balance to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified via email before any such fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting peso99 customer support. Closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance after all pending bets are settled will be returned to your designated payment method following KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your peso99 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. peso99 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your peso99 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-cleared) account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for standard requests and up to three (3) business days for amounts exceeding ₱100,000. peso99 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on peso99 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). peso99 does not support multi-currency accounts at this time. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is outside the control of peso99, and related fees are borne by the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

peso99 is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional review and reporting obligations. Players who are unable to satisfactorily demonstrate the legitimate source of funds used in gaming transactions may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

peso99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contribution rates vary. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward the rollover.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet per round or sports selection is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Placing bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of derived winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your peso99 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: peso99 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reverse any bonus if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player is abusing the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or arbitrage strategies.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

By participating in any game or betting market on peso99, you acknowledge and accept the following:

6.1 Randomness & Fairness

All casino games on peso99 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or operate through live-dealer studios subject to third-party auditing. Sports betting odds are set by peso99 or licensed oddsmaking partners and reflect real market conditions at the time of publication.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not valid and binding until confirmed by peso99's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Players are responsible for verifying bet slips before confirmation. peso99 is not responsible for errors in bet selection made by the player.

6.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection error, or system outage that affects a gaming session, peso99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a period of verified malfunction may be voided.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, room, or market and are displayed within the relevant game interface. peso99 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the peso99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in ways that provide an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or loopholes for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with wagers placed on peso99
• Attempting to launder money or finance illicit activities through the peso99 Platform in violation of AMLA
• Colluding with other players to defraud the Platform or other users
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit reversals
• Sharing account access or playing on behalf of another person

08 Responsible Gaming

peso99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications reminding you of time spent in active gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months; permanent exclusions are irrevocable for a minimum of 5 years.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications summarizing your session duration and net position.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the peso99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of peso99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform; or use Platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from peso99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peso99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content
• Technical malfunctions, including internet connectivity issues affecting gameplay
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by peso99 is governed by the peso99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

peso99 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving Platform services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

peso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, peso99 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: email notification to your registered address; a notice displayed prominently on the Platform homepage; or an in-account notification upon your next login.

Your continued use of the peso99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and peso99 arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws.

Nothing in this clause prevents peso99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
